HI all I have posted this topic on the Wide Bay site and I will put it on the other sites as well so I hope most of you can relate to what I am feeling and saying cheers.
..........................................................................................................................
G'Day all, well let me start by saying I have had some ups and downs in life just lately and a while back it even crossed my mind to sell my bike and give them away all together.
I have enjoyed being in Easyriders but like most clubs we have troubles as well but in the long run there is really nothing that can't be sorted out it only takes a bit of trust and the members need to talk to each other to work out any problems as they say nothing is perfect in life but it also depends on how hard we want to make it for ourself's.
One of the great thing's with Easyriders is the freedom of choice who we ride with or what events we go to but sometimes that can backfire on us as well just remember this whenever you go on a ride or a motorcycle event somewhere hosted by another club someone will always be checking you out.
Easyriders has never aligned itself with any other 1% or social clubs and Easyriders members know this but unfortunately some clubs out there don't feel the same way as we do and there has been some tension caused by this and that's why I have been slowing down on going to bike shows and other events run by other clubs because Easyriders is my club and thats the people I want to be social with.
Ok so don't get me wrong I still will go to other club run events but I am going really choose the ones I want go to and these days to tell you the truth I feel more like just getting out with my Brothers and Sisters from Easyriders going for a ride somewhere finding a nice little shady spot and maybe have a BBQ and good laugh with the members from my club and start getting back to the social club that we are cheers.

Yer mate sounds good I think everyone is getting so caught up in the hassles of day to day living I feel we are forgetting how to get out with our mates and as you said just get back to the basic's in life and just enjoy great friendship it really does not cost that much to find a nice spot somewhere throw a few snags on a barbie and kick back with your brother's and sister's in this great club.
Also mate hopefully will catch up to you and the Ipswich crew at the Imbil Rally in November cheers. Regards Choco | |
