Easyriders Australia SMC Ipswich Chapter

Yep should be a bloody great weekend getting all the Qld Chapters for get together for a meet and greet and a drink or three you don't want to miss this one and I am really looking forward to run after missing out on going to Sawtell so hopefully no rain this time, ok guys who is going I sure we will get a good turnout from the Wide Bay Chapter cheers.

Tess and I will be there, regardless of weather - we were sorry to have missed Sawtell but discussed Imbil when the idea came up in Gympie and thought it sounded great. Normally October isn't too bad for storms! Count us in for this one.

G'day all just a reminder like Nicola has said there is limited accommation at Imbil in the way of cabins and on site caravan's and some of these vans only have double beds  we are looking at about 38 beds only but don't forget they do have plenty of camping area so can you send Nicola a e-mail a.s.a.p. if you are going cheers.

Sorry to say but all cabins are now booked out.  There are 11 vans left and camping areas, please either phone or email us ASAP to book in.  You dont need to pay a deposit just yet but it would help to book your van/site now before they all disappear. 

We have booked for Friday and Sat night, if you can only make it sat night thats fine.  Hope to see everyone there.

G'day guys just want to say sorry for my spelling mistake on "accommodation" on my above post I was typing this just before I went to work this morning and I must admit I am not the sharpest tool in the shed when it come's to spelling, ok as you can see you need to get in fast to get a bed for our get together but as Nicola has said still 11 on site vans left and camping area so let Nicola know asap and I am looking forward to catching up to you all cheers.

Just to let you all know we will be going up on Saturday  and have booked a van for the night. This should be a great weekend.We are taking the car so any luggage let us know.

Thanks Paulie and Tracy good to know we can take stuff up in your car.

Have booked Dottie and My accomodation 1 C/van as all thats left.

We have room in ours, a Single bed and a Sofa if anyone wants to share.

They say that you have to bring your own linen for the caravans (Double check this when you book)

Forgot to mention on my earlier post that we will be going up early Sat morning and stay sat night and ride home Sunday as a group.

Will work out details later as to where and when Friday Group leaving and Saturday group leaving.

G'day guy's just a bit more info about the caravan park at Imbil and if you are going to camp, ok powered sites are $10 a couple and unpowered sites are $9 per couple also there are now only 7 on site vans left for hire on the weekend of our get together so we are filling up the accommodtion fast and for those of you who may not have the park number here it is 54845196 cheers.

Ok just a reminder but you may need to check on this Nicola from the Brisbane Chapter has booked out all the vans for our get together for Easyriders members you may need to contact her to comfirm this and see how many vans are left to hire I think at last count there was only four left but please contact her and find out for sure cheers.

Yes mate most of the Ipswich chapter are going up on the sat and staying the night and rideing back on sunday

Will post times and leave points when it draws closer

Just letting everyone know there is now ONLY tent sites left.  For those who are heading up Friday we will be arranging a day ride Saturday around the area - will be arranged the Friday night.

So far there is a great number attending we have at least 30ppl should be a great weekend.
