Anti-bikie laws – disassociating everyone

More than 15,000 people have used the social networking site Facebook to express their opposition to the anti-association laws being introduced across Australia.

A group titled “I’m against the anti-bikie legislation”, is made up of a mixture of members of the community and politicians alike.

Another group, the United Motorcycle Council of New South Wales was also formed to break down negative stereotypes associated with motorcyclists, and as a way for bikies to have their say on issues like the anti-association legislation.
